Hale Kipa is very much involved in the efforts of a variety of community agencies. We are licensed as a child-placing agency by the Department of Human Services and maintain approximately 20 private foster homes. At full capacity Hale Kipa has nearly 50 youth in foster care placement. Hale Kipa provides opportunities and environments that strengthen and encourage youth, their families and communities to actualize their potential and social responsibility.
