The Hawai‘i Tobacco Prevention and Control Trust Fund was established through Chapter 328L-2(b)(3) of the Hawai‘i Revised Statutes. The fund provides resources for community organizations to create and maintain a Hawai‘i free from tobacco use, addiction, and exposure to second-hand smoke. And that’s what the Hawai‘i Tobacco Quitline’s mission is all about.
