As a licensed hypnotherapist, I have dealt with hundreds of cases to transform their habits into a healthier lifestyle. In a new form of hypnotherapy, combining hypnosis skills with birthing, named HypnoBirthing, it gives a whole new perspective to natural birthing. Vivien is especially talented in teaching the method, Hypnobirthing, in classes for couples to help women give birth in a more natural state, emphasizing babies to come into the world in a more calm, gentle, and comfortable way.
